Small to mid-size businesses depend on technology to stay competitive. Unfortunately, the fact that they are classified as small to mid-size businesses often limits the quality of the technology resources available to them. Many times, small businesses find themselves: being forced into help desk solutions; using a single-person computer consultant who is often unavailable; or losing productivity because a staff member is taking care of computer issues when they should be doing their normal job duties.
