Esource:A Different approach to Technology and Businesses
Small to mid-size businesses depend on technology to stay competitive. Unfortunately, the fact that they are classified as small to mid-size businesses often limits the quality of the technology resources available to them. Many times, small businesses find themselves: being forced into help desk solutions; using a single-person computer consultant who is often unavailable; or losing productivity because a staff member is taking care of computer issues when they should be doing their normal job duties.
We have seen these problems time and time again at new clients. So, we decided to take a different approach to small business computer consulting in Indiana. Our apporach to computer consulting is driven by the core concept that we should provide small businesses with the same level and type of technology support that is typically only available to large corporate clients.
With this goal in mind, Esource was designed and built around four key concepts: Availability, Responsiveness, Proactive Support, and Disaster Recover.
